The Challenge

Manual visual inspection on a packaging line was catching defects inconsistently, with inspector fatigue causing missed rejects during peak shifts. There was no record of what was caught or missed.

The Solution

We built a computer vision inspection pipeline using edge-deployed detection models on line-side cameras, flagging defects in real time and logging every inspection centrally.
